The usual barcode labels we supply are produced by a process call photocomposition. In this process the bar code and text images are photographically impregnated into a chemical surface.  The process overcomes the problems associated with traditional printing technologies such as spots, ink pick off and fading.  They are the most accurate and longest lasting labels produced in Australia and New Zealand.

• Paper based:   Ideal for desks, computers and the like.
• Plastic based:  Used for heavy traffic areas where items are handled excessively. The rounded corners make it harder to peel or catch the label. Rated up to 10 years normal usuage.
• Metal based:   Tougher labels for more rugged use.   In particular, outdoor use where weather is a factor, heavy traffic flow areas or in 'wash down' areas, i.e. hospitals, botanical gardens or on parking meters.  Rated up to 20 years including exposure to direct sunlight.

These Barcode labels are vastly superior to other labels because of the way in which the surface of the label is protected and the extremely aggressive adhesive that is provided.
