Maintenance Management Module Overview

Hardcat caters for both reactive and planned maintenance for all types of assets/equipment, planned maintenance can be scheduled on either a usage or calender basis with the ability to also plan for one off maintenance routines. Hardcat allows for multiple asset/equipment maintenance by enabling the user to raise tasks on individual assets, assets of the same type or manual selection of various assets. Maintenance history and costs are recorded against individual assets/equipment for later use and reference.

Above: The user creates standard maintenance tasks and enters all relevant information (eg qualifications required, safety precautions, estimated time/cost, parts required). Tasks can be assigned either on an individual asset basis or by an entire class of assets


Mobile Maintenance (Save Time and Money!)

Work orders can be downloaded onto PDA's (Personal Digital Assistant) allowing for maintenance tasks to be performed and completed without the need to take notes, all of the task details including instructions, parts requirements, estimated time and costs, service notes and much more can be recorded on the PDA. The PDA interface can be customised if necessary to better suit your organisations needs.


Reports

Reports specific to maintenance may be run from the Maintenance Management Module. As with other Hardcat modules, the user can select from our comprehensive list of pre-formatted reports or alternatively create their own custom report formats. All custom report formats can be saved for future use.
