The TAML upgrade process starts with a detailed plan which is loaded into our hosted project management solution. This provides access for all parties to the project and ensures that all correspondence and documentation is available to all parties eliminating the email trail. 

The complexity of the plan reflects the complexity of the upgrade and our templates can even drill down to module/functionality sign off for the user testing phase. 

All tasks within the project are allocated to those responsible for the completion of the task and the system keeps everyone up to date with reminders and issue reporting.
