We test the upgrade to ensure there are no issues with the upgrade ensuring a smooth data transition. In this phase we also document and changes the client can make to their Hardcat system to take advantage of new features.
user testing
The key users if the organisation test all the functions they use ensuring perform as required. The users will also document any areas that will require training for users. .
acceptance
The final testing by the user once the live system has been rolled out to the user base.
